Forwarding workflow user list population

Hi Sue,
I took a look at the workflow and "General Task" is selected. I'm
reading the help on "General Forwarding Not Allowed". Who are the
"agents" for the task? Is this a reference to managers?
Thanks for the speedy reply.
Cheers,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
Has the task been changed to have a 'General' assignment ? That would
mean that it's possible agents are all the people in the company, while
a role (or rule) does the selection of managers and supervisors. I
would check to see what has changed in the task under
Additional Data> Agent Assignment > Change, and see if 'General
Forwarding Allowed' is selected.
Happy WF-ing,
Sue
