How to get a screen through workitem

ORIGINAL MESSAGE

"My transaction code is "APPCREATE".
While entering this transaction I got a f4 like list to choose an appraisal 
template.
Then it will take me to a screen where I have to fill up Appraisee name and 
click the
button "PERFORM"."

I have to do a batch input to skip the list. I don't know how i can fill 
appraisal template using call transaction in this list. Anybody can help me?
