finding WF-ID by document

Hi Robert,

A document will be created whenever a workflow goes into error.
Unfortunately, the document remains in SBWP and does not get removed
when the status of the workflow (in question) changes. If you are unsure
whether a workflow instance is in error or not, then it's best to check
SWI2_DIAG (Diagnosis of workflows with error).

If you are still unsure about a document, then I recommend that you
right-click on the document and select 'Execute'. This will bring up the
workflow log and you should be able to see the status of the workflow
immediately.

We are currently on 4.6C

Hope that helps.

Cheers,
T

Hello all,

when a workflow turns in Error, a document is sent to the administrator.
We have a lot of cases which are already solved, but the document is
still in the inbox.

How can I make a match between workflow-ID and document? It takes
forever to click all the documents and check if it is one of the list...
Or is there a way that the documents are removed when the status is
changed?

Hope someone can help.

Regards,
Robert
