Autoforwarding report

Is there a way that I can run a "report" or similar to find out which of 
our users have not set up their Auto Forwarding??

I have found a Function Module - SO_Automatic_Forward_Get, but this seems 
to be for an individual.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are on v4.7
