Parked Invoice triggers workflow

Hi Manish,
'Normal' is how you have defined/set up your invoice workflows. The
CREATED event is published all the time.
If you do not want to start a workflow for parked documents, why not
simply trigger your other flow off the other events  - POSTED, BLOCEKDxxxx
- instead of CREATED.
