Notification processing workflows

Good Day
 
I want to execute standard workflow WS50000041 which is again calling a
subworkflow WS50000033. I noticed these are related to web (portal) . I
am not familiar with portal stuff. Can any please help me to set up all
the setting to run these workflows? I have already removed Rule 50000134
from workflow WS50000033 and used workflow initiator instead. What
setting I need to do. And what are the various transactions for these
setting?
