Help Transporting Workflow to Production

There is no new request in Production for both: to activate triggering event
and agent assignment.

The two requests you saw in QAS is normal, one for the workflow model and
another for the triggering event.

I have to transport my workflow so I don't know if I have to activate the
Triggering event in production and Agent assignme too. And if I have to do
it, It'll ask me for a new requesteven in production ?

 

I saw that it has 2 requests on Quality system: One of workbanch type and
another customazing type. I have to transportate both of two requests ?
