Parked Document Problem

[ASSY, SOSTHENE]

We've  a problem in production with park document. Before create a note, I
want to know if somebody get an idea.
 
We're using Parked document workflow (4.7)
After the last agent completed the work item, the ssytem post the document
but 
send back an error :
Error Posting Parked Document &_WI_OBJECT_ID.DOCUMENTNO& &_W
 
After checking the FI list , the document is posted properly.
