Displaying WS-numbers in search help

If I've understood the problem right, it's in Customising of local
layout - options - on the expert tab is a check box 'Show keys in All
Dropdown lists'. Try that and see if it does the job.

Ah, you might be after the show-key-info function in the org plan. 
Try going to PFTC with a task and go to agent assignment, start to
assign an agent, and then you should see the show key option in the
dialog window when you are confirming the assignment. 

Or try an org plan transaction like pp01 and I think its in the
Utilities menu to show the key/id

More like a teflon-coated eel :)  Nope, that's not it, it switches codes
on in value dropdowns (document type etc.), but not search helps. At
least
not the WI ones.

Oddly, on my current system if I use a personal value list it shows me
the
workflow id's (see attached screenshots), frustrating - so close yet so
far.
