Event not Triggered after workflow was Transported to RPS

Hello,
 We just transported an Multiple Approval level Workflow from Dev
System to RPS, But the problem is that the workflow is not
triggered,This workflow is for parked documents.
 Checked for any event raised when a document is parked,
(SWEL) but no Event is raised,The object we are extending is
FIPP.
 But everything works fine in RDV.
 Any suggestions Please.
