Hi all

I have a requirement for a workflow to present to a user a dialog box
(form) for them to either confirm an entry or enter a new value of a doc
number. No ITS, version 4.6.

Has anyone any advice on the simplest way to achieve this. I did think of a
form but it seems as though I would have to manually create an external
form in some other system (visual basic etc). Is there an automatic form
creation facility at this version?

Any advice would be welcome.
