Please remember folks, If you are in a 6.40 i.e. SAP Netweaver 04 system or above to use transaction SWNADMIN and SWNCONFIG for the new, much more configurable and controllable equivalent of RSWUWFML2.

I'm sorry, but I don't understand your question. Please take more time to inform everyone on this list what you are trying to do, where it fails, and what you have found out so far. It is really frustrating having to read between the lines, and often I don't get what I am reading there right.

Your problem is to customize *what*?

The report RSWUWFML2 can't be customized - unless you by customizing mean creating a variant. In our case we had to extend the report to be able to pass a long GuiParm string in the shortcut (the parameter in the program is limited in length) for single sign-on to work. We have chosen to make a few other modifications too, but they are not necessary for single sign-on. Depending on your single sign-on setup you may be able to cope without modifications.

For general mail customizing I am of no help to (yo)u, I barely know a few of the transaction codes. If you have a basis or infrastructure person he/she should be more knowledgeable.

For single sign-on setup I am definitely of no help to you. I have no idea about it at all. Again the basis or infrastructure experts should be called in.

PS: Is there too much bandwidth in the world? Hard drives too cheap? People don't think they get enough hits on search engines? There must be some reason why no-one bothers to remove irrelevant text from e-mail anymore. I'm pretty bad at it myself compared to how it used to be 10 years ago when most e-mail programs defaulted to indenting the original message so you could answer questions where they were asked instead of two pages higher up. Ahhh, the good old days of standard e-mail ...
