Multi-level deadline monitoring

Hi Ananth,
Hope you may be using a rule function module to find the superior.
In that case, you can use the "SD_DATETIME_DIFFERENCE" function 
module, to find the time difference and based on which you return
the level 1 and level2 managers. This function module can be called inside 
the rule function module's function module program.
 
If the time difference is 4 hours then return the first level otherwise
return the second level managers.
