Getting Information in SAP Inbox

Dear  Work Flow Gurus,
What Customization to be done for getting an  information in the SAP Inbox 
of the  creator(who raises the PR)  of say  Purchase Requistion  once his 
approver either Releases or Rejects the Purchase Requisition.

Can anyone guide  me pls.
