how to restrict roles from selection criteria

Hi Sushil,
 
How is your approver list maintained? Is it in Org. structure or
maintained in table? If it's in table and you use Role resolution PFAC
that will give you only the approvers list. If you're maintaining Org.
Structure then you can use evaluation path in your code.
 
Another alternative is use Function module  RH_TYPE_STRUC_HELP. You can
choose user, position or Organization depending upon your passed Otype
parameter.

and allowing users to select an approver from the list. I have used
wizard to add the select agent task. However, it seems to list the role
also on the list of approvers along with the users associated. Could
someone tell me how I can just list the users (assigned to those roles)
