How to reload a standard task

G'day Joan,

Umm, yep it's kind of important. Having said that, last week I met
people from a site that had in the order of a 100 Workflow's without
using the standard decision once!

Be sure that it doesn't exist though. Use transaction PFTC and choose
'Standard Task' from the drop down for Task Type and '8267' for the
Task. If you can't display it you've got problems. If you can, the
other message is misleading and requires seperate investigation.

Assuming it's been deleted if you've got a competent basis team they
may be able to create a transport out of your QA environment and force
it back into Dev. If they struggle with that you may need to ask SAP,
however this really could fall into the world of consulting if they
can show someone on your site has deleted it.

I would resolve it one way or the other because standard user
decisions are extremely common.

Have fun,
Mark
