How to reload a standard task

I found that TS00008267 does 

not exist in our DEV system but it does in TST and PRD systems.

Would SAP allow deletion of a this standard task and if so why? It is
referenced in

>automatic workflow customizing - SWU3 (Classify Decision Task as General).

>When I try to activate the task I get message that the task does not exist.

>How would I get the task back into the DEV system. I am concerned that 

>the absence of this task will hamper future workflow development for
