Hi Everybody,

We are trying to implement at one of our clients place and we are facing lot of problems.

1. What is the standard workflow that works for Travel Request approval and Travel Expenses approval.

2. There is a service ' Book Room' under administration. Can somebody tell me how does this work. What are the things to be done to activate this. Does this use the resources created under Training & Event module .

3. Where do u maintain the drop down list for service ' Internal Service Request'

4. Are there any books/websites available which has information on 'How to implement ESS' .

Can somebody answer my queries please!!

Regds
