Sending notification of completion to Outlook

As you guessed, you have to set up Automatic forwarding.  However, you have to set it up under SBWP --> Office rather than under Workflow settings.  You have to set up SAP sendmail as well, however, since you are already using RSWUWFML2 I assume you have this set up already.

Hi all, 

We are on 4.7.200 sys. 

We use RSWUWFWL2 report to send task to outlook but the "Notification of completion" is only in SAP Business workplace, and we want to send it out to Outlook. 

Do I have use "Automatic forwarding" If I want that "Notification of completion" task will send to outlook or I have another way to do that?
