Sending workitems to Outlook in 4.7 using RSWUWFML2

In 4.7 the standard SAP program to send your Workitems to Outlook is
RSWUWFML2 (replaces the old RSWUWFML after 4.6D) according to an OSS
note. The text that you used to hard code in to the selection screen now
comes in the form of 2 parameters. The defaults for them are
SWU_NOTIF_PROLOG1 and SWU_NOTIF_EPILOG1. The documentation is clear that
you can manipulate the standard text that is sent together with the
workitems but it doesn't tell you where you can change it. These don't
appear to be smartforms, sapscripts forms or standard texts. Does anyone
know the transaction to maintain the text here or create our own?

Thanks

Fuad,

It's an authorization problem. Click on the object link and then run
SU53.

Subject: Business Workplace: Object link does not work

Hi all,

We have just upgraded from 4.6C to Enterprise. While doing my workflow
testing, I noticed that the object link in workplace preview box is not
working anymore. For .e.g., I created a simple one-step workflow to
display a sales order. When the work item arrives in my workplace, I
tried to view the sales order by clicking on the link under 'Information
objects addressed so far' but nothing happens. It was working fine in
4.6C.

Has anybody ever encountered the same problem? Please let me know if
there is a fix to this.

Thank you in advance.
