What does SWW_WI_ERROR_MESSAGE_SEND_S mean

What about terminating event? Do a manual release of the entry sheet and
check the event trace log to see if an event is published. You may need to
add wait for event to the workflow or a terminating event to the task.

We are executing RELEASE method of BUS2091( Entry Sheet ) in back ground. 
This is not a dialog/forground task.
