problem in workflow

hi all

  
i am working on a workflow similar to the standard workflow ws01200124 which is PDVchanprofi
my task is to send the filled individual developement plan to the superior after it is filled by the employee, in the object bus7030 which is used in the standard workflow there is a method of ShowSubprofileOrProfileMatchup and display. i am using that in the activity. but it is only giving it a excutable task and the filled form is not displayed.

my problem is that i should send the form to the superior after it is filled by the superior .the standard object is getting triggered once the individual developement plan is filled. 
please help me with the solution.
