RSWUWFML2 again - Singel run data

Hi all.
We are in 4.6c and we are using RSWUWFML2.
Te report is running periodically once in two hours. 
The "single run data " is not set, and if my user will not get any new work item between the job's  periods, then he will be notified  only once. 
But, if he will get a new wi, then he will get a new email too. 
My question is: is it possible to send only one email without reference to wi creation time?
