Deleting work items in production

Hi, Mike,
 
   Thanks for the input. Now I found the reason that why I can not have the option to choose the 'delete logically' option. It is an authorzation issue and the object is S_WF_WI.

You need to be in the technical workitem display to be able to edit and delete
it. 
The FM you're after is SAP_WAPI_ADM_WORKFLOW_CANCEL (on 4.x you're probably
stuck with SWW_WI_STATUS_CHANGE_NEW).
