Your attachment didn't make it.
Apart from that, find the workitem and display the possible agents"Goto > Agents > Possible Agents". If there are no possible that willbe your problem. If there are possibles, then check the SelectedAgents. If there are no selected agents then it's likey that eitheryou rule didn't find anyone (but it wasn't set to error on no agentfound), or that the responsible agents were not possibles.
Normally in either of these cases I'd expect the WI to be in statusReady, rather than In Process, so I'm maybe off track. Just confirmthat these aren't the issue.
