Not sure if this is what you are after, but you can control 'forwarding' in
the attributes of the task :
Additional Data > Agent Assignment > Maintain
Click on the 'Attributes' button.
Select 'General Forwarding Not Allowed'.
This ensures that the workitem can only be forwarded to possible agents of
the task.
Of course, you must include the Workflow Administrator as a possible agent
of the task.

Hi folks,
Here's another question:
Has anyone restricted the use of the 'Forward' function in the SAP workflow
inbox so that, for example, when the forward is pressed some logic kicks in
that says this workflow task (approve purch req) should only be forwarded
to a
workflow administrator and not any old user ?
Would the workitem exits work for this type of request ? Can't seem to find
any
user exits or BADI's called when the Forward is executed but it looks like
the
work item exits are. Has anyone used this type of technique ?
