Triggering a Work Flow Vs Sub Work Flow

Hi Kesari,

 

Another thing to consider is that the WF will continue after you trigger
the event. By using a sub-WF, the original WF will wait until the
sub-step is executed.

If we want to use a work flow in another work flow, 

	--> is it better to use it as a Step in the work flow , or 

	 

	--> should we trigger the second work flow using an event.

 

which is better idea..!? why..!?
