SV: Triggering a Work Flow Vs Sub Work Flow

I would definitely prefer to start the workflow as a sub-flow, because:
- It is easy to expand the binding -> no need to enhance the event in the object type.
- You get everything in the same log -> much easier to view the whole process

If we want to use a work flow in another work flow, 

	--> is it better to use it as a Step in the work flow , or 
	 
	--> should we trigger the second work flow using an event.

 
which is better idea..!? why..!?
