WF Substitution & User Parameters?

Hi Andy,

I went to Google and typed in '/pipermail/sap-wug/ WLC' and got the following response (Thanks 
Kjetil)...Not sure if these relate directly to your substitution issue, but it's always good to be 
refreshed on the WLC parameters.
