EBP 3.5 AdHoc agent

but the adhoc agents are not part of the event container. How do u incorporate them in a starting condition? did u mean a workflow condition when you were talking about a decision?

You may want change your start conditions and insert a decision task
in the WF to bypass any approval. I am doing the exactly the same.
