Use of SAP-WUG list/EBP 3.5 ad hoc workflow issue?

I don't have an EBP system handy but before you save the cart on one of the
pages there should be an approval preview tab/window where you can add these
extra approvers. If anyone can remember where precisely it is that would be
great.
