Use of SAP-WUG list/EBP 3.5 ad hoc workflow issue?

First thing that comes to mind: just before you save the cart, goto approval
preview and there should be a button that is active to add approvers. Make sure
that your ws template is defined as a general task if the add approvers is
greyed out.
