FB60 transaction call works with method, not with task

Ok, got a workaround for the problem by just skipping the first screen (duh...). But if anyone knows the root cause for the method not working in the same way when wrapped in a task, please comment.

Hi,
it's funny but the workflow trace looks ok as well. When starting the task, I get two log actions and no error messages:
 
1. TMBind - Binding from task to method
2. ContBindExecute - Binding: Direction E with index 0
  - in the contents of the target container (method), I see a new value for the company code, the one that I entered as the task input value
 
I presume this comes down to how the tasks call the methods because the task input value shows up on the pre-FB60 popup window. 
 
Will continue debugging..
