Mail waiting in SOST

Hi all,
This is a strange thing I found.
I found a mail in SOST, waiting for more then 2 days.
I tried to execute the mail in SCOT, but ended in
dump, saying that there is no enough main memory to
execute. Is there any other way to execute the mail to
send to the reciever? 
The mail is having an attachment, a big one with text.
