FW: Event Trace error - Workflow does not start

> Can someone please give me some ideas where to look for a problem. I get the following status message during event trace: Check FM ends with exception.

> Version 46C. I've check the triggering event and bindings and all is well there. Event container to workflow container is fine also. Starting conditions are fine and complete. Green dot, green boxes, and blue diamond are all present. When I check the start conditions in transaction SWB_COND all is consistent with the start conditions in the WF and green dot is present. I have deleted all the above, transported the deletion, recreated and transported again to QAS but to no avail. Anyone have an idea??
