Hyperlink to a file in workitem description

Hi Werner,
The '\' was a bad idea Microsoft came up with just to be different from
everybody else. The rest of us use '/' - hence it's use in URL's. Spaces
and other funny stuff can be represented by hex, thus:

C:\my directory\stuff.txt
becomes
file:///c:/my%20directory/stuff.txt
