UWL date & time

Can you tell us in what way it is not correct?  Is it an exact number of hours, or a few minutes... can you give an actual example?

	We recently upgraded to NW04, and ever since then, the date and time displayed on the UWL for work items is not correct.  The portal guys say it must be an issue on the R/3 side, but the date and time is correct in the R/3 inbox.  Any ideas?
