UWL date & time

Just curious if anyone has had this problem...

 

We recently upgraded to NW04, and ever since then, the date and time
displayed on the UWL for work items is not correct.  The portal guys say
it must be an issue on the R/3 side, but the date and time is correct in
the R/3 inbox.  Any ideas?
