Reagrding Workflow administration

Hi Vaibhav,

I certainly can't speak for everyone out there, but I've found that I
use SWI2_DIAG periodically to show if any workflows are in error.
SWI2_FREQ will come in handy if someone calls and says that a workflow
has 'gone astray'. It allows you to specify a time frame and also a
task or workflow template number to locate the stray workflow.

SWI2_DURA is useful if someone needs to know the overall duration
statistics for a workflow application. Not too much detail there but a
good enough overall picture.

Those three pretty much keep my work flowing.

Regards,
Sue
