Inbox performance

We experienced this problem before.  The problem turned out to be that our DB
guys were applying an Oracle Patch.  So it was something with the DB parameters
that they had tinkered with.

	We have some performance problems when opening inbox, our users reported
(PRD system); can anyone make me a summary on what to do in order to improve
that?, I've been reading something about WFLOW entries in T77SO regarding this,
but not sure what entries should be verified. There is one OSS note for 6.20,
but not for 4.6C (SP46).
