Resubmit option is greyed out

Check authorisations.  E.g. Try SU53 immediately after viewing the
workflow item.

	Hi, folks,
	 
	   We want to use 'resubmit' option for processing workflow
item. It works profect in DEV. However, for some reason, the 'resubmit'
option doesn't show up in the PRD. It is greyed out. Do we have to
config something for this?
