Issues with SWU_OBJECT_PUBLISH Services for Objects

I have a transaction with the Services for Objects. 
Works great when in Change mode. 

The question is, how do I make an Attachment to the Document in display
mode? 
For instance, I have a transaction that checks the doc on exit. If no
change to the 
data and I added an attachment, it will not save the Attachment. 

OSS Note or some way to tell the document from the Services for Object
that 
an attachment is attached. 


Any help is appreciated.
