I have seen this dramatic statement in before and I think you put an undue
pressure on the customer. I mean, why do we pay large sums of money for IT
systems, if not so they can solve some of our problems? And what do we get?
Systems that are cheeky and tell us they can't send e-mails without _us_
specifying the e-mail address. It is outrageous!

I think if there is no e-mail address the system should either make an
educated guess by comparing known addresses to their owner data, or look up
the information in another IT system. It has to be registered somewhere
already!
