Approve Attendence Booking in ESS

Anyone had any issue with TS01200196, Approve Attendance Booking (BOR
PDRELA_025, method APPROVAL)?

When we execute it from ESS we press Approve then get an error message
back that the WI can't be changed as its already COMPLETE status, and
the whole Wf has gone to Complete status.  Execute it directly from
R/3 inbox and it works fine.  Just when we do it from ESS do we get
this message.

Its like SAP is trying to set the status of the WI to Complete after
the whole Wf has been set to Complete.

Any ideas would be great.
