Hi Ramki,
All WAPIs are "released" whether the flag is set or not. But please
point out to OSS that someone forgot to set the "released for customer"
flag. WAPIs are workflow's equivalent to BAPIs so if the function module
starts with SAP_WAPI it's ok to use, same as any function module
starting with BAPI is ok to use.
With the SW* routines they may or may not work, but you are on your own
if they go wrong, if the WAPI goes wrong you have maintenance support.
