Training Request Workflow

Hello Everyone,

I have a question regarding training request workflow.
Once employee submits training request to his manager.
If manager rejects the training request, I am not
seeing that training request in My bookings. My
question is why is SAP is not retaining the rejected
training request ? Any suggestions.
