Leave request - WS20000081 - not showing existing entitlements

Here are some ideas to look at:

Security -
  Do your have access to read all leave types in HR IT2001 & IT2006?
  If you execute function REMAINING_TIMEQUOTA in SE37, do you get the 
correct values back?

Are your infotype 2006 records structured correctly?  Do you have any 
absence quotas from prior years that were carried forward and then the old 
IT2006 record left open (12/31/9999)?  This could give you double counting 
of balances.

Do you have any customization that would put requests in a pending state 
but do not show up in the quota balances correctly?

Also, any requests that are pending but not approved will not be reflected 
as a quota deduction.
