Filling Object

Josie,
  is it working now now.?are you able to see your workflow started from transaction.
  how you are starting workflow? are you calling any of function module ?SWE_EVENT_CREATE *  to start your workflow ? if so, your object should contain all the required data.please confirm.
  Which transaction you are using for BUS2032(HR transaction).
