Condense text in the SAP mail

Hi,

So it has to be done at the time when I pass the parameter...
Isn't there anyway to do it in the workflow step itself. I'll condense it
and pass in that case.
Why I wanted to know was, I was using SWUE to simulate the event and passing
parameters there.
I couldn't condense it there and it was taking the whole space. However in a
typical scenario,
I would be passing the variables from the program using WAPI FM. I'll
condense it there.

Thanks,
Vijay
