Connecting HR Module with payroll

Hello,

Pls let us know if u r using any kind of Interfaces with SAP...
  
 "This mean when ever the HR person save  a new user  the accountant person will get alert"

Try using Payroll Administrator configuration in Infotype 0001 (Org Assignment) which will trigger an alert.
